According to some statistics (always 103% reliable) released this year by the European Alliance for National Health, on average we consume 7000-8000 calories on Christmas Day alone. That is 4 times our recommended daily average! No wonder so many of us collapse guiltily on to the sofa promising that we’ll get ourselves off to the gym next year and shape up! These statistical dudes also reckon that the average person puts on between 2-5kg over the Christmas holiday.
SO here is a little video doing the rounds to inspire us all into shifting that unwanted Christmas flubber. So, by all means reach for that mince pie but just remember that it will take you approximately 1km to run off it’s calorific content. 🙂
