I am glad people took a chance on me over 13 years ago, particularly a man called Steven Dray, who stuck with me through Bible college when they wanted to boot me out the door. Thankfully, by God’s grace I am not the man I was back then and one day I will be the man the Lord wants me to be. His belief in me has shaped how I do ministry and how to look beyond the problems and issues that people often present with, to see the potential beneath that can rise to the fore with time, teaching, encouragement and development.
