Junior Football

Niddrie Juniors Football Club (“N.J.F.C.”) is for boys and girls in Primary 1–6 (around 4–9 years old). Children will participate in various training sessions covering all aspects of the game. At half-time, we have a brief rest, where we think about how the Bible relates to sport and sportsmanship.

Niddrie Juniors is run in conjunction with Kids on the Street. Leaders are all qualified football coaches. We hope to be able to enter a local junior football league and compete against other teams.

For more information about Niddrie Juniors, please contact Daniel Melo Da Silva (Youth Apprentice).

Kids in the Street (“KITS”)

Kids on the Street is a local community organisation run by Kev Finlay which aims to provide a free, well managed sports facility to the young people of east Edinburgh – especially in areas like Niddrie where residents have experienced problems of crime and anti social behaviour.
